Jürgen Beining becomes Sales Director of Tableware

As part of the ongoing restructuring of the Tableware division, Jürgen Beining fills the vacant position of Sales Director of Tableware with immediate effect. In his new role, he will be responsible for all regions and distribution channels. He is a member of the Tableware Board of Management and reports to the Tableware Director.

Jürgen Beining has been working in sales at Villeroy & Boch for almost 30 years and has a great track record in his various management functions, with increasing responsibility, in national and international sales. He had been responsible for the continuous growth of the bathroom business since 2013 as Sales Director of the Bathroom and Wellness division.

Olaf Haelke becomes Sales Director of Bathroom and Wellness

Olaf Haelke succeeds Jürgen Beining with immediate effect. As the EMEA Sales Director of Bathroom and Wellness, he continues to report to Andreas Pfeiffer, Bathroom and Wellness Director.

Olaf Haelke is an experienced Villeroy & Boch sanitary specialist who started his career at Unilever after graduating in Business Studies (Diplom-Kaufmann) and mainly worked in sales and marketing for 18 years. In 2010, he became a member of the Bathroom and Wellness Board of Management at Villeroy & Boch and headed Global Marketing and Product Management. Olaf Haelke has been running the division’s American business since 2017 where he was also responsible for sales and marketing.
